Some slight irritation, but mostly I get very emotional the week before-- like I notice when I start crying to commercials and such

I don't get PMS. In fact, I don't get any of these side effects often associated with mentruation, just the bleeding. Guess I'm just lucky.

No emotional changes but it hurts really really bad some times

I honestly have no idea if I have PMS. I don't see a difference in my behaviour most days when typical PMS occurs, but then again, there's school and depression and honestly I'm just touchy and stressed everyday.

It varies. I mainly start getting self concious (mainly because I usually get a load of spots each time just before I get my period) and feel really down sometimes, but yeah my mood changes a lot anyway but that's just one the joys of being a teenager.

I only have 4 periods a year, or one every three months. They're extremely heavy and the physical pain is unbearable, but mood-wise I am perfectly fine, except for the fact that being in horrible pain might mess with my mood a bit...

To echo a previous poster, mood swings are a symptom of puberty.

My PMS is pure evil. I can't stand it. I become a different person. It sucks..

I voted for mildly, but to be honest since I've been on a certain medication I rarely get periods anymore.
