No one has ever asked about my sexual orientation during a job interview.

No, I go in there and say:

    Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey~!!!

But seriously, I just act reasonable. There isn't really a need to proclaim my sexuality, and as for my gender identity it isn't necessary at the moment. I'm not at that point, yet.

They can't ask about that if you're interviewing for a job unless it is somehow relevant. If they do, they've actually broken the law. I've never been asked this question in a job interview...... if I were I'd probably just ask them why they were asking that.... and look for a different job. Unless the job you're interviewing for is porn or something, I don't see why it would be remotely relevant to the job.

It's never come up. At my current vjob and previous one it wasn't until later when they discovered I was a 'mo, and neither place cared.

No. That would set a precedent and if I got the job I would have to hide it forever. Not worth it.

Pretty sure it's illegal to ask about it in an interview, and if anyone did I'd be out of there in a second. And I'm not someone who you look at or talk to for a couple seconds and go "yup he's gay" so there's no need for me to do anything different in a job interview.
