I am assuming that you use Firefox or IE.

on Firefox: right click the image, and click 'copy image address' then paste that url into the tags or the attachment manager.

on IE: 1) IE does not have the same option Firefox does, so if you right click the image, click properties, and it will show (and on my computer it lets me copy it) the image url (aka the url mentioned in the Firefox section). if you can copy it, do so and paste it into needed space. 2) If this does not work, I suggest right clicking the image and using the 'save picture as' to save the image to your computer, the use the EC attachment manager to upload it (after uploading, feel free to delete from computer)

If you use safari: safari is just like Firefox in this regard. (see Firefox section above)
